Wauconda Community Unit School District 118

Rolf Campbell performed an enrollment and development forecast study for Wauconda School District 118 to assist with its facility planning committee’s review of future building needs. The study showed that new enrollment growth would eventually exceed existing building capacity, and as such, the committee used the study’s enrollment projections as guidelines in developing various scenarios for determining the utilization and expansion of building facilities. Ultimately, the District succeeded in passing a $60 million building referendum that was used not only to improve existing school buildings but also to construct a new middle school.
